# luogo

> luogo is a Swiss digital property inspection app (état des lieux / Wohnungsabnahme / verbale di consegna). It produces move-in and move-out rental inspection reports with AI photo analysis, timestamped PDF reports and digital signatures, designed for Swiss tenancy law (art. 267 CO).

luogo is published by GreenImmo Sàrl, Rue de la Poste 2, 1350 Orbe, Switzerland (CHE-393.480.209), contact support@luogo.ch. A full inspection takes about 15 to 30 minutes from a phone, tablet or computer, and works offline with later synchronisation.

- On-site expert (French-speaking Switzerland): CHF 50 per room, minimum CHF 99 for a move-in or move-out inspection; CHF 80 per room, minimum CHF 159 for both combined; +CHF 100 when the two visits are separate; travel CHF 50 (FR, NE, GE, VS) or CHF 100 (JU, BE); +CHF 50 per extra hour.
- Data: hosted in Europe, encrypted in transit, accessible only to the account owner.
- Reports: 1 credit = 1 inspection whatever its type; a finalised report is immutable and can only be completed with an additional document.
